As a precision farming specialist and soil health expert, he brings practical insight and technical expertise to help growers make informed decisions. Stephen is also an active member of the Crop Advisors buying group, keeping him closely connected to industry developments and best practice.
Alex Botham
BASIS Qualified Environmental Advisor
With an MSCi in Zoology and specialist expertise in UK dung beetles, Alex brings a strong scientific background to their work in soil sampling, mapping, data collation and analysis. He is also currently training in ecology, with a focus on flora and habitat surveys, further strengthening their practical knowledge of the natural environment.
Henry Adam
Trainee agronomist
With a BASIS qualification in soil and water management, Henry brings practical expertise across crop walking, soil sampling, mapping, data collation and analysis. He is currently training in crop agronomy and protection, further developing his technical knowledge to support informed, field-based decision making.
